Got a new box yesterday and have left it for 24 hrs and have since restarted it multiple time to see if it needed time to boot up etc (was being activated on 4/7/19) am a uni student who opted for bills included with an external company so never got a welcome letter just a new box through the post- have been unable to use wifi and also do not have a username and password to change from the setup@..... username atm
