Have a solid ADSL light, please can you activate early?

Hi
ADSL light is a solid green and your line stats look ok after logging in to the router so the physical connection is complete at the exchange.
Please can you turn on early as my start date isn't until the 21st.

thanks for the swift reply.
i did call a couple of hours ago but the CS lady told me as it doesn't appear as complete on her screen she can't help - I did mention that Plusnet have activated the internet as soon as BT have activated previously but she thought I was lying!
I will call again in the morning.

BT need to close the job off before it can be activated. Sometimes they don't do that until the end of the day.

Morning,
Just giving this post a hoof if there are some plusnet staff around that take a look at my acccount as it seems BT have done there bit but I'm getting a red internet light - I'm willing to take the chance that I'll be biled for a service still might not work.
Working from home now and killing my mobile phone data allowance!
