It has been placed on ADSL1 but this is in the process of changing over to ADSL2+.

Looks like the changeover of profile happened.
Just tested my download and it's showing up at 6.57 with an upload of .71.
Will this increase?

I've tested your line and it's showing your speeds are now around 17MB/s. From your router stats it appears you are also getting the faster speeds. What speed are you currently getting? It should be faster that 6.57MB/s. If possible try another speed test. If this still hasn't improved, login to your router, disconnect and then reconnect and test your speeds again.

Well that did it it's around 11 now and I'm running a few internet hogging programs....Chers for the help on this one.

Just wanted to report that i logged in this morning and my speed has again been bumped up...sitting on just over 20mb down and 1mb up now.
Did an actual speedtest and it produced 18mb and 1mb....thats 3 times as fast as I was getting before the 21CN switch! AMAAAAZING.
Thanks very much for this Plusnet...very impressive.
