Has the PN IP profile updated yet, maaf 20CN?

Once again the throughput result is for a IP profile of 2.5Mbps whereas the BT IP profile is 3Mbps.
I rebooted the router the other day as per advice from Staff four months ago but no change.
This PN IP profile system on my 20CN isn't updating as it should as far as I can see, there were never any issues of this sort on the maaf/brightview network.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Apprentice,
Just changed your profile for you, sorry it's not updated. We're unfortunately in the same state we were regarding profiles, it is something we're chasing of course but things aren't moving as quickly as they should be.

Thanks Matt that should do the trick, I'll check it and see using the BT P Tester as there is no way to check it using the maaf My Account pages on the maaf website.

Just checked and the throughput is more like it should be, now that the IP profile has been updated on the PN side.
