Has my upstream been recapped? All the speed tests seem to come up with a similar speed of 0.55 Mbps It was uncapped around a few years ago when I first joined Plusnet and just recently I have been having trouble uploading to my photo agent. This is the BT test

0.83 Mbps Max Achievable Speed Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.55Mbps Additional Information: Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 0.83 Mbps I was originally getting nearer to the IP profile.
No, the upstream hasn't got the original cap, as that would put you on 440kbps or lower actual speed. There must be some other explanation, but I can't suggest what I'm afraid.
