OK so on my account it's showing as the router is pending dispatch, yet it came through the door today?!?!?
Which leads into another question: What about the BT Openreach modem it shows that I need, do I just use the one I have been using with BT Infinity or will I be getting a new one from Plusnet?

Morning slavo71,
Its strange that the order status hasn't updated on your account. However, it doesn't effect anything so don't worry about it.
You will be able to use the same modem you used with BT you just need to swap the router over when your order completes.

OK thanks Dan. Another Question: My contract officially runs out on the 21st with BT, yet you are showing my changeover date as after 12pm on the 18th....is that normal?
