So after a few weeks after ordering I am now on Plusnet Fibre 38mb Package, I went live on Thursday.
I have the BT Modem & the Asus RT-AC56U Router, it all seems rather nice & fast.
I did a speed test, getting 38 down 18.5 up 14ms latency.
I wanted to post some stats just for your guys opinions but I don't know how to do that.
Please help  Smiley

With FTTC speed tests are all you can do (see the BT Wholesale speed test) as the BT modems are locked down so that you cannot see the line stats.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
