I must say since the BT engineer came and renewed the small box where the wires come into the house and fitted a new test socket because the old fittings were over forty years old,my download speed used to be just under 4Mb it is now up to 12Mb not the fastest but what a difference and I might add what a lovely guy the engineer was he even left his mobile number if I had any problems, he said he had been doing the job 25 years and he new all the answers to my questions.
