Half 7 on day one and still no internet

So phone switched over at 03:00 this morning but still no broadband.
Does it normally take this long? I am having to watch normal tv and use phone internet.
Not a great start

That's an odd time for the phone to be moved over
The actual switch over day can be right up to 11:59:59 tonight I'm afraid to say.
You should also receive another message telling you the BB is now active.
It is advisable to leave the router (or a modem if in use with a fibre connection) disconnected from the line until you get the message.

Ah, I think you misunderstood them!
When they mentioned seamless, they mean the money transaction from your bank account to theirs!!

Still nothing...
Looked back through emails and it did say by the end of the 20th. I never envisioned I would be without internet for two full days though.

I'm sorry to hear of your downtime when switching your service to us.
I'm not in the office at the moment, however I have passed your account details to one of my colleagues who has identified the issue is that your account had not activated automatically when the order completed with our suppliers.
Your account now should be active and you should receive notification of this shortly/if your router is already plugged in then it should start lighting up green.
