Had unlimited Fibre installed today - Speeds less than previous ADSL

Engineer said the modem was getting the full speed?

Your IP profile is set correctly but your plusnet one isn't looks like it hasn't been updated from ADSL someone from the DCT should be able to change it or you could if your willing to be on hold for a while call customer support and get them to change it.

Rang PN support and you were bang on. They say it will be done in a couple of hours.
