Hacked Off! Lost Broadband Service

We messed up, big time
One of my colleagues cancelled your old account without removing your telephone number first which ceased service. I've re-ordered it but because of all the bank holidays it takes the normal 7 day lead time to the 4th of May. The orders can complete early (especially in the case of a cease-and-reprovide) so fingers crossed, it might go active before then.
Didn't have a problem with this, mistakes happen! Waited my 13 days
So it's now  May 5th no service and what is really hacking me off is this response from a CSC Analyst  Angry

Thank you for getting in touch. The issue at hand seems to be relating to the login to your broadband.
Check your settings
First make sure your connection username and password are entered correctly:
* Username: username@plusdsl.net - This is your Broadband Username, as shown in your welcome email
* Password: This is the password you use to log in to this website
Also make sure your router settings are entered correctly.
* Connection Type: PPPoA
* VPI: 0
* VCI: 38
* Multiplexing: VC-MUX (or VC-BASED)

NOT IT'S BLOODY NOT!

Could someone please contact me and give me an indication when I'll be able to reconnect to my broadband service.
