HELP WIFI issues

Hi weve just moved into a 3 storey town house, can anybody help with the wifi it doesnt work in the room its in or when it does is really slow? Any help will be appreciated

I can see that you have called in since making this post and that an engineer visit has been booked so that this can be investigated further.
