Guys, could you please look at #133118094

Dont like chasing on the forums, sorry. But would just like a yes or no if it possible.

FYI, i'd like to move from residential to business as I would like a /30 subnet. It's purely as a test bed as I have another active line with Fibre (different isp, sorry, but that is largely the idea)

You can only get an IP Block by filling in a RIPE form and having the reason approved.

Having it as a test bed may not be and in any case the largest block at present is 8 https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/understanding-your-ip-address/

Hi ya,

Yes, I have had to do that in the past when I joined Plusnet some 10 years ago, but have moved to Zen who incidently didn't ask even though I was expecting it.

Erther way, I only would like a /30, so 2 useable addresses (router and firewall).

Judging by what ive read, a business account you can, residential they only allow a static address which ive done already.

Yes, Test Bed or Lab is probably not a good enough reason Smiley
