Guaranteed at least 30 Mbps, Getting barely 10.

Hi,

My internet is amazingly slow and has been for the last week. I pay for fibre broadband and am guaranteed at least 30 Mbps but I'm barely getting 10, sometimes down to 1 Mbps. Please help/
