Gradually Decreasing Line Speed

Good Afternoon.

Just before I transferred to plusnet from BT in November, I introduced a family relative over back in June Last Year. 

The line initially ran at low to mid 70s which is cool, and then there was a line fault involving some corroded copper which occurred near the cabinet. Since the beginning of December when the fault was resolved the line appears to be Banded at 66.999 down and 11.999 up, even though the actual line speed is 77.9 and 18.9 up, see the attached hub stats.

Could someone check the line for me please to see if it needs a DLM reset? You'll need to PM me for the account information but my name is on as an authorised speaker.

Looking at that data, @hpjohnson , it appears you are still getting xDSL disruption. What does the event log show? I agree the line is banded, but why we don't know - yet.

Event log attached, and the speed page on the Plusnet Hub two. Note this is in relation to my father's account whome I am listed as an authorised speaker. Let me know when you want the account details.

@hpjohnson FYI, I am not PN staff, just one of a number of Community members who try to help, so I don't want a/c details, they are no use to me.

I cannot see anything, other than last nights DSL drop, to raise any major concerns. Sorry I can't help further, but unfortunately, you will have to wait for one of the Help Team to pick this topic up - only they will have access to all the required information.
