Hi,
Just joined Plusnet and been informed that my Broadband is up and running. Connected new router and after waiting started to set up. No issues going through the setup but i don't have internet access.
Test results show DSL but im showing no ATM or PPP.
I have just started to rent and they had previous internet from another provider. Could this be the cause?
Thought i would post before contacting Plusnet to see whats happening.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ejoseph,
Can you disconnect and reconnect your router and try to get connected again please? It seems that your account was still awaiting activation following the dispatch of your router. I have manually gone ahead and activated this now that you've stated that you've received the router. You should be able to connect now.
