Going from PAYG to Extra - what changes?

I think the time has come to change from my current PAYG package to something like the Plusnet Extra package...
...but I'm finding it very difficult to compare these products in order to understand the differences.
The only things I am sure about are the differences in included usage allowance and monthly cost.
Also, I currently have a fixed IP address and would ideally like to keep this - is that possible? Does Extra come with this as standard?
Many thanks if you can point me in the right direction.
David

You can compare the two products at this page: http://usergroup.plus.net/prodcomp1.php
Not sure about the fixed IP address

There isn't any option to write a comment when requesting the change 😞

I think you will find that there is now a ticket on your account related to the change https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search and if I am correct you can add the request to it

Re: Going from PAYG to Extra - what changes?

Hi Jim.
It seems to already be in a closed status and as such nothing can be added to it.
I'll ring them up sometime next week to mention it... I have a constant reminder at work since their building is just over the road!
cheers,
David
