On Business Unlimited FTTC. IP Profile 77.44 down/ 20 up and actual speeds were not far off.
Download speed now fallen off the end of the world to 5Mb/s...
Went through PN's 'BB fault diagnosis' Q&A.
This raised ticket 82995833 early Tuesday 18th to which I appended BT's speedtest output.
Currently no response.

Hi,
I'm sorry for the issues you're experiencing with really low FTTC Speeds. I've taken a look at your connection and can see that there has recently been a burst of drops as seen here:

At this time, your connection rate may have dropped which is the reason for the low speeds. Having checked over your line, I can see that it's now recovered. I've made some changes to your Speed Profile on our side, if you could restart your router, you should start to see your normal speeds resume.
