Getting removed from postini trial

Could someone please point me to a link to get removed from the Postini trial and give me some idea how long it will be before this happens.
For me the trial has been a disaster with so many good messages marked as spam it make the whole exercise pointless. After the problems over the xmas I switched off the spam settings completely, thinking it would all now be sorted out I switched the spam setting back on but still found that half the messages in my spam box this evening were good (all from Yahoo groups I subscribe to).

Re: Getting removed from postini trial

Hi there,
Is it just your Yahoo list subscriptions that are getting tagged? If so, we can probably white-list these for your domain (you should be able to do this yourself by the end of the quarter using the Manage My Mail tool).
Do you actually get much genuine spam now (tagged or otherwise)? If not then just turn the filtering off again. This still leaves Postini's 'edge blocking' in place.
Did you also know that you can choose to have the tagged messages delivered to your inbox instead of the 'Spam' folder?

Re: Getting removed from postini trial

Over the last 24 hours I had:
14 messages in my inbox - 2 of which were obvious spam
6 messages in my spam box - 3 of which were spam, out of the remaining 3, 2 were from yahoo groups and one was from a company I have ordered from in the past and send me regular emails.
If I have tagged spam messages sent to my inbox it seems to defeat the point of having the spam setting turned on - I don't particularly want to see a 'spam' tag on the subject line of good mail.
Bob, you didn't actually answer the question of how I get removed from the trial.

Re: Getting removed from postini trial

Paul, I think the first thing I should make clear is that we're beyond the stages of this being a trial now. A reply a made to an earlier thread here probably answers most of your questions.
If you really want opting out I can do this for you (DNS will take a day or two to revert back though) but you need to be aware of what I've said in the post I linked to.

Re: Getting removed from postini trial

Well it looks as though i had better stick with Postini then. As there appears to be so many problems with it I assumed it was still a trial.
I am surprised that you are in the process of moving all your customers over to it at this stage, I would have thought the whole point of the trial was to get the bugs ironed out first before committing it to all your customers especially as there seems to be no way at present of whitelisting/blacklisting on an individual basis.

Re: Getting removed from postini trial

Gary,
You should already have been removed from Postini. Is this not the case?

Re: Getting removed from postini trial

Gary,
1. If your emails are going through DSPAM you are not on Postini
2. If it doesn't say Postini anywhere in the headers you are not on Postini
