Getting really cheesed off with poor speeds

As a new customer to plusnet (sept 2008) I have never had a good service i have complained about poor pings and download speeds but tonight takes the biscuit

Bearing in mind i pay for the gaming package i have yet been able to play online and my speeds fluctuate so as to make access to the net unusuable in most cases
So the question i have is "where is the service i pay for Plusnet?" I think that you are in breach of contract as you have fundamentally and consistently failed to provide what i am paying for. Do you honestly think this level of service is worth paying for?
I await your views Matt,  James, etc
A really pissed of customer

Re: Getting really cheesed off with poor speeds

These forums are here so members can help each other with problems. Your low speed may be a result of poor setup or technical fault in which case we may be able to help. For us to help we need to know what your equipment is and how you connect to the internet. The more information you give the better we can help.
What is you connection speed and what package are you on?

Re: Getting really cheesed off with poor speeds

Looking at your other thread, have you been able to test wired yet? I've checked the ticket on your account and can't see any updates on there from you since the 30/31st Oct?
