Getting my upload uncapped?

Just moved house and set up with Plusnet. My upload speed is really slow but reading the help pages it seems I should be able to get it uncapped...

** ADSL2+ circuits are provisioned at 448Kb/s by default. Speeds can be uncapped on request using the Help Assistant.
I've checked my exchange here: http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/?exchange=Par&exact=1550
and I am in an adsl2+ area so should be able to receive the faster upload.
However, clicking around on the Help Assistant I can't find where to request the uncapping. It keeps trying to run a full troubleshoot on my line.

Hi Katch,
I can see you've raised a ticket for this, we'll get that sorted as soon as your broadband order has completed, following that the uncap should take just one working day to go through.
