Getting a BT wholesale and plusnet profile shifted from 6.5 to 7.15

My new plusnet connection's been in place now since the 2nd of July and has been perfectly stable, with the only disconnects being due to power cuts etc.
My problem is that despite the line syncing at 8128kbps usually, and at worst going to 7780kpbs, BT wholesale and plusnet's speed profiles stay at 6.5mbit instead of maxing out at 7.15. Noise margin is always 12 to 14 dB, and line attenuation is usually 3 or 3.5 dB.
While the difference between 6.5 and 7.15 isn't much at all, it would be nice to have the line running at its optimum speed.
How do I go about sorting this?

I've taken a look at the historical data for your line and I can see why IP Profile hasn't reached 7150, the sync rate has dropped down further than you mentioned in your above post, this will have bright down the IP Profile.
Our suppliers systems isn't showing the IP Profile at the moment. If you visit http://speedtest.btwholesale.com and run the initial test then click 'Further Diagnostics', it should show you your IP Profile, can you tell us what it says or provide a screenshot?

The sync speed has been slightly low over the past week or two, but has stabilised to 8128 and has always had very low (3-3.5 dB) attenuation (well it should do, the line's barely 300yds long!)

Ok. I've just been in touch with our suppliers to get this updated. If you could give it 30 minutes or so and restart your router, the profile should have updated.

The Wholesale profile is now 7.15. Will the Plusnet speed shown in the member centre change itself or do I have to request that separately?

I think the Plusnet profiles only update overnight, so you might not see the increase until tomorrow morning.

I think that it does it three times a day but I don't know when or how long the script takes to run
