I'm a newbie to this forum, however I have been with plus for just over a year now and looking to upgrade to Fibre (FTTC).
Recently I spoke to an OpenReach engineer who was installing FTTP to a Mercedes garage on my street. He confirmed that the deployment of fibre in my town is nearly complete. But where I live is predominantly a commercial area so all the work they have been doing have been for out of town shops.
My worry is there are not many residences on my street. I don't even know if they use broadband (worse still cable :-[)
Is there anything else that can be done to get noticed? I've submitted my interest a few times over the last 3 months but this is proving to be really frustrating!
Your feedback and/or advise would be greatly appreciated.
