Getting 1Mbit down, 17Mb up.

I'm getting 1Mbit down and 17Mb up. I created a ticket #65809652. The engineer mentioned the OR modem connected at full belt, i.e. 80/20 and that I shouldn't have any bother attaining those speeds. I have been getting around 73Mbit at times but this is a bit daft at the moment at 1Mbit.
Could someone take a look please?

If you can post the information requested here for the BT Speedtest and Current Line Speed,  it may help determine what's wrong.

No worries, it's down to my wireless network. When plugged in via lan, I get proper speeds, but wifi I get really poor speeds. I'm still investigating why this is so. I'm using a MacBook Pro and an Asus RT-N65U.

Let us know how you get on.
A good place to start would be logging into the router and testing out your speeds on some different wireless channels.
