Re: Gateways down? or graph problem?

That's weird!  Still plenty of people connected!
Having a look.

Unexpected side effect of that config change.  They are working to restore that graphing now.

Re: Gateways down? or graph problem?

Sounds like a bug.  Asking the vendor.

Re: Gateways down? or graph problem?

I had a disconnection this morning (11am) so I went to check the Network Performance Graphs and saw that the Collated Users graph still hasn't been fixed  Roll_eyes

Re: Gateways down? or graph problem?

This won't fix itself for a while.  Basically, we need to reset something on the switches, but the command we need to run could disconnect everyone on that switch.  That's a lot of people to be disconnected in one go, so it will be gradually done.

Re: Gateways down? or graph problem?

Looks like this is fixed now, but I was just wondering why pcl-ag07 and pcl-ag08 have 23-24k users whilst all the other gateways have 37-40k users?

Re: Gateways down? or graph problem?

Where can we see how many users are connected to each gateway?

Re: Gateways down? or graph problem?

Yes, the last one, pcl-ag02, was done early this morning.
As far as the number of users, I'd guess it has something to do with the number of "end-points" but Kelly or Dave would be the ones to explain that - I'm not that knowledgeable in that area  Sad
