Gateway failures 5/11/13

Just had another disconnection.
Used the mobile to check the plusnet usage graphs and it looked like two gateways had disconnected as the graph clearly showed a significant dip.
I'm now reconnected but there is no status for this, and the graphs seem to have magically changed and there is no sign of the disconnections.
Is it normal for these issues to just disappear from history unmentioned?

We can't see any record of multiple drops on the portal graphs or our internal graphing. Could it be that the graph you saw was actually an older one that was cached and when you refreshed it updated and became the live graph?

It isn't at all rare for the "Collated Users Online" graph to have glitches on it. Presumably it is also moving to the new platform, though?
