Gateway Packet Drop Graphs

Just looking at the Packet Drop graphs, THN-AG3 (or Plusnet 7) doesn't appear to have dropped any packets ever!
Is this reporting correctly?

Re: Gateway Packet Drop Graphs

I brought this up back on 15th Oct in this thread along with other graph problems. Some have been fixed, others not.  Mail Queues was the only set of graphs fully corrected. Webspace Servers - Homepages Load and Homepages HTTP Response are stalled at the moment (just after mid-day) with Homepage Sessions still non-existent as usual. Mail Sessions graphs are all empty.
THN-AG3 graph hasn't been working since about 25th September. Bob raised problem 53706 at the time (for mail and homepage graphs). It must be quite a problem.

Re: Gateway Packet Drop Graphs

Sorry.  Didn't look hard enough - Mail Queues - graphs stalled again just after midday on Tuesday 11th November!  Probably these failed at the same time a Homepage Load and HTTP Response graphs, but there is no week number or day for these. So most are incorrect.

Re: Gateway Packet Drop Graphs

It looks like a reporting issue.
Drop me a reminder and I'll pick it up first thing Monday.

Re: Gateway Packet Drop Graphs

Hi Barry,
I think that Bob said that this was fixed last week?
Looking at these graphs the traffic all now appears to being picked up.

Re: Gateway Packet Drop Graphs

Problem 53706 and the thn-ag3 graphing should now be fixed, this was inadvertently caused when we attempted to upgrade the software on the router.
The problem with the session graphs is unrelated and they're still broken. This is being looked at as part of Problem 52051 and was caused when we upgraded the load balancers that sit in front of these services a while back.

Re: Gateway Packet Drop Graphs

Session graphs seem to be broken again (were they fixed?)
