GW2 Laggy and disconnecting

I've never seen this before on my old ADSL2+ broadband, yet now, GW2 is the laggiest and least stable game I've ever played today. Is it congestion or traffic shaping?
I just lost an hour's questing due to a disconnect o_O

EDIT: I play on "Aurora Glade (EU)" for the record. Even my American friends on the server don't have the same problems o_O

My bad, it appears the whole game is having problems. https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/tech/Experiencing-Lag-Spikes-in-game/page/2#post266115... Some people have pointed it to possibly being an east-coast datacentre problem.
I did use wireshark and found that the packets for the game are labelled as 0xa0 so they're top-priority.

Yeah.  We've just got a couple of people (JamesM, Wo0x, JIO22 etc) seeing gaming latency/lag with correctly identified games so every time we see this it's of great interest to work out if there is something wrong on our side.

Well I have been seeing a lot of problems with Star Trek Online. And that has the correct 0xa0 DSF tag x_x

Can you start a Star Trek online thread in Gaming with what you are seeing  Lets see if any other customers are playing and how their experiences are.
