GEA Test details result

Had a copy of the GEA TEST DETAILS sent to me this morning as requested but im not quite clear as to what some of the details mean it says fault report advised and main fault location (CI) does this basicly mean that there is a fault somewhere on my line ? .

You could phone Richard and ask him? I assume he has given you our phone number?
The important bit is this:
Downstream Speed 73.5 Mbps
Upstream Speed 19.8 Mbps
Which indicates there is no fault.
