Evening, since 10 this morning my broadband and phone line mysteriously stopped working. I phoned and raised a fault but as yet I've heard nothing.
Is anybody else in the Doncaster area having problems, does this happen regularly, how long am I likely to be without service. Starting to regret moving supplier now.

Have you had broadband for a few days with your phone still with a previous provider but due to switch to Plusnet today? What you are describing sounds like your previous provider might have (incorrectly) ceased your phone line - which has the side effect of cancelling broadband.
Hopefully this will be clarified when Plusnet respond to your ticket.

Hi there,
I can see an engineer is due to attend today, hopefully we'll find out what happened once we get the notes back from his visit - either way we'll let you know when we hear anything.
I hope everything gets sorted out for you.
