From 'Extra' to 'Unlimited'...

Hello, a few days ago I requested an upgrade from the 'Extra' (60gb) to the unlimited broadband package via the website. Once I went through the steps confirming details and what not it said it will take effect on next billing date (22/01/13). Well we're a few hours into the 22nd and it still says I have a 60gb limit. Shouldn't this of taken effect immediately or does it take a few hours to activate to show on the website. Or am I being impatient? Huh

It can happen at any point during the day, depending when your account happens to fall in the billing process.

The account change script usually runs between 2am and 7am, there's too much information to process for everyone to change immediately at Midnight so it's staggered over early hours.
