Once she has sorted a muddle TT have created intention is to either get phone back to BT and Broadband to an new ISP such as Plusnet, orto have both phone and Broadband with one provider. Apart from those that may well be generated by TT's ineptitude, is she liable to encounter any particular snags or unexpected costs?
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.
Hi Lucerne, There should be no snags coming across to us, however if there is any fault on the line that would still be on there and we would need to fix this. Their could be an engineer charge for installation, the best thing to do would be to run through the signup process at http://plus.net and that will inform you of any potential charges. This would not sign you up to us unless you completed the whole signup journey.
