Frequent disconnections this evening

Hi all,
Have a very stable line here which frequently has 1000 plus hours uptime.
However this evening I'm getting frequent resync's, every few minutes in fact.
Anyone else or is it just me?

Switched the router on again this morning and it's resyncing every minute or so now, there is still a dial tone.
I shall try a different router tonight and try the test socket etc but in the meantime if support look in here please could you just see if there are any reported issues with the Seaford, east Sussex exchange - SDSFRD please.

There's no reported issues, did you switch your router back on? It's not showing that you've an active conenction;

If it does not reconnect or is still intermittent then I'd suggest running through our faults wizard which will run you through some tests, some of which you've already mentioned you're going to try.

Thanks for looking in.
I've switched the router off while I'm at work which is not ideal for troubleshooting I know but to me it looked like the DLM was kicking in.
If there are no reported issues at the Seaford exchange then I suspect my equipment - this issue started during a phone call when the router resync'd and then continued to do so after the telephone call.
I just have a thought that the telephone maybe the cause of the issue...

Run thorugh the checks in the faults wizard link I provided, we'll then be able to check your line. The checks will help rule anything internal being the cause(and hopefully resolve it).

Yesterday passed without a single disconnect however tonight from about 9pm they're back.
Have just stayed connected long enough to run through the faults wizard.
I also have f8lure graphs should they be seen as any use.

Our faults team will pick this up, it seems the interleaving has been changed after the adjustment to your SNR.

Yes Chris that's correct.
Whilst I'd be disappointed to have Interleaving on particularly on such a short line and being a gamer, after three years of no problems at all if it need to be on for the stability of the line then so be it.
But after less than a day of testing with a raised downstream SNR (which appeared to stabilise the connection) I thought it would be better to see how the connection is like this first.
Please can Interleaving be turned off (Fastpath on) asap and also looking at my router stats it looks like a 3db SNR profile has been applied?

Interleaved is now off thank you.
However I appear to be back on a 3db downstream snr profile?
Any chance this can be placed on a 6db snr profile as agreed?

Just had a disconnection and when the router came back up I'm back on a 3db profile - is this the DLM?
Using Netgear DGTeam firmware I've increased the downstream snr manually back to 6db - I guess this is the easiest method?
