Frequent connection problems

Hi. This is the first time on the forum for me. We are having frequent connection problems during the day when we lose our broadband for up to 5 minutes at a time and then it reconnects.  We have frequently rebooted everything but this has not solved the problem. Any ideas please?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with the service.
I've had a look at your RADIUS graph and can't spot an excessive amount of disconnections at all:

What do the lights on the router and modem do when you lose connection?

are those lost connections wired or wireless
