Frequent Disconnections

Hi everyone,
I'm having issues with my line at the moment. I've just moved over to plusnet, I should be on an 80/20 line but they've set me up on a 40/2 profile but this is supposedly being fixed.
My real issue is with the connection. I manage a DSL uptime of 3 hours maximum. The disconnections appear to be random although I do notice some drops because of telephone use. I am using an Asus DSL-N66U. Here are the stats:
Quote
DSL Driver Version FwVer:5.4.11.21_A_TC3095 HwVer:T14.F7_0.0
DSL Link Status up
DSL Uptime 0 days 0 hours 1 minutes 2 seconds
DSL Modulation ITU G.993.2(VDSL2)
Annex Mode ANNEX_A
SNR Down 14.1 dB
SNR Up 21.3 dB
Line Attenuation Down 16.0 dB
Line Attenuation Up 3.9 dB
Data Rate Down 39999 kbps
Data Rate Up 1998 kbps
MAX Rate Down 62404 kbps
MAX Rate Up 18519 kbps
POWER Down 1.4 dbm
POWER Up 1.9 dbm
CRC Down 3105
CRC Up 0

I can see I'm getting an awful lot of errors (this was a log over 6 hours). I've had a listen on the quiet line test and the line seems clear. Is there anything I'm really missing here? I don't know how to interpret the SNR/Up down attenuation etc.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Re: Frequent Disconnections

Could it be possible I have a high resistance fault?
