Free Usage days? 2nd Feb onwards

Hi,
Just checking my usage today, don't do it often. I came across this message, can anyone explain what's this about? I can see no references anywhere, be it PN or these forums.
"Since the 2nd Feb you may see days where your usage is showing as 0KB. Any days where your usage is showing as 0KB is due to the usage being removed from our systems and will not count towards your monthly allowance."

Plusnet had some system problems between 2nd and 10th Feb which meant some of the usage data was lost - so yes, you got some free days out of it.
