Fluctuating (slow) speeds - is this normal?

No difference at all wheather wired or Wifi. Also no difference on 2 different laptops or 2 different mobile using wifi.
I'm certain that this is an exchange fault and that seems to be backed up by whats been posted on my ticket. The issue has been passed to BT. How long will it take to get something sorted? Is is usually days or weeks? (or god forbid months??!!)

HI Mick,
We've sent an email to our suppliers to have the VP checked, so once that comes back we'll be able to see what's what.
