I have tried and failed several times to setup my router for the first time.
It automatically connects as 'setup@plusdsl.net'.
On the setup pages at 192.168.1.254 when I try to change username to <myown>@plusdsl.net, the message that I am disconnected keeps reappearing.
I've tried resetting passwords and doing a factory reset on the router itself but the error continues.
I've attempted to call several times but the minimum wait time is 30 minutes each time I've called ("unexpected call volumes" seem to occur very regularly...)
Help!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi there, checking into your orders and account I can see the order completed on 24/11/17 as intended it just looks to be the account not activating automatically as should have on the day. I've done that manually now and we are seeing an active connection now to the router.
Kind regards,

Fantastic - that appears to be sorted now.
Thank you for your help.
Many thanks,
Graham
