First post - new router set up

Hi guys,
Been with plusnet about 18month, but I'm really disappointed with the technicolour router, and the more wireless devices we have the more it's dropping out.
I've read a few reviews and went today and bought an Asus DSL N66U dual band wireless router N900  ( think that's the title) hopefully it's OK?
I'm a bit of a noob so really need some set up support.
Can any of you kind people point me in the direction of a step by step, or talk me through it?
I asked Plusnet.....once I got through; about my administration page and what id need to change but they said they wouldn't be able to help as it's not their router  Undecided
Hopefully someone can help me out as I could do with it.
Thanks guys!

Re: First post - new router set up

Don't know that router but am sure there'll be set up wizard in the Router's firmware; many have UK ISP's listed in the options set up (Pick PlusNet obviously) , making installation even easier.
Some guidance here too:

Re: First post - new router set up

Thanks,
As it happens once I got my head round things it pretty much auto installed.....thank link:censored Smiley
Then really just a case of reply allocating all the wireless devises,  setting things such as xbox one and streaming boxed to the 5g setting.
Early days but seems to be a marked improvement.
