First payment cannot be taken?

Hi, i recently ordered Plusnet Pro, and i'm eagerly waiting it to be activated. Problem is, though... I logged in this morning to find a red ! next to "your first payment will be taken soon" step, and it says something along the lines of; "Sorry, there was a problem trying to take your first payment of 26.99"
CS say the DD is still being setup but i dont know and i'm kind've worried i won't have plusnet before Ulduar hits in World of Warcraft "avid gamer, in one of best raiding guilds in game"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No - DDI's normally take 3-5 days to authorise.  It's perfectly normal.

There’s a good reason your direct debit not gone though
The bank has directed your account funds to the pension pot for the CEO so there’s no money left in your account or mine, good reason I have a overdraft they are only stealing their own money
