Hi,
I'd like to request my fibre router have the v10 version pushed to it if possible as it seems the upgrade tool i found on the forums dosnt work with this router and theres no web interface to upload a upgrade file to it.

I am not sure which one you found but this is the link I use http://products.plus-payh.co.uk/firmware/
However that assumes that you have the router with the USB port

Hi Oldjim,
Yup the link you posted is the one i used to download, the tool is a)not windows 7 compatible compatibility mode sorted that, b) the tool dosnt recognise the TG582n so are you saying the firmware can be put on a USB pen drive and upgrade from there?
