Hi all,
Quick question - is there any way to find out what our current IP address is by logging into our customer portal?
I know we can find our IP address by logging into our router, or by going on to a site like WhatIsMyIP, but I'm at work and would like to Remote Desktop into my home machine, but I don't know my IP address.

If it is not urgent to get in today there is something you can do: sign up to DynDNS (providing your router supports it) - it's free. Each time your router connects it will log in to the service to register the current IP, you will then be able to access your home PC (or lookup the IP) using a name like yourname.dyndns.org

Yeah I've heard of DynDNS and keep meaning to sign up but I've never got round to it. I'll have to remember to do that when I get home.
I could really do with knowing my IP address soon though, that's why I wondered if we could find it in our account somewhere.
