BT opereach have recently installed fibre to cabinet in our village. How do we take advantage of this? We are already on a fibre contract with you from our old house but only getting slow connection yet. Please advise

Re: Fibre to cabinet

@User101 Welcome to the forums. Before you get too excited, check that the fibre connection is actually enabled.

Check that the first couple of lines are as the screen shot above, with 'WBC FTTC Availability Date' showing as 'Available'.

If it is showing as available, contact Customer Options on 0800 013 2632 and see if you can get a reasonable price, as an existing customer.

Re: Fibre to cabinet

You're already on Fibre to the Cabinet @User101

Unless you have another account which isn't associated with your Community Forum account?

Have a look at one of your recent bills, it should say you're on Unlimited Fibre.
