Fibre speeds after activation?

How long does it take for Fibre speeds to go up after activation? I had fibre installed this morning yet I am still getting around 5Mbps download(which is 1/3rd of the previous ADSL speed) and 19Mbps upload when I should be getting around 75Mbps download. Not sure why the upload is fine but the download speeds are not.

Hi Blackdog35,
We were awaiting a notification from our suppliers to say that the engineer had been and gone so we could change your account type - I've done this manually now anyhow.
If you restart the Plusnet Router (not the Openreach Modem), you should notice the speeds have picked up.
