Fibre speed getting slower and slower

Hi,
I had Unlimited Fibre installed in November last year and received some excellent speeds 55+ Mbps. However since Christmas the speed has been getting slower and slower. Today I am getting just 7.8 Mbps.
I have been through all the trouble shooting guides, but have had no joy there. I did notice the DSL modem light flashing a lot over the Christmas period, but put this down to the bad weather.
Is there anything else I can do to get the speeds back to the 55+ Mbps I had before Christmas?

Please run the BT speed test and when the first pass completes run the further diagnostics then post the full results back here.

You need to raise a fault if you haven't done so already.
Which exchange are you on?

Ah OK will raise one now. I'm on the Westbourne exchange.
