Fibre profile bump please

Could a kind rep please bump my profile up, looks like it could go up by 2mb/sec now my line has been stable for many days.

What is it and what does the BT speed tester say it should be?

PN told me that with fibre they can't bump up the speed, unlike ADSL.

The BT speedtester says the BT profile is 2.2Mbs higher than the plusnet one, which is why I raised the request 
PlusNet can change their profile, it's in their system.

Thanks for that info, I'll get back to PN as I'm 5 down on profile down although 50% higher on up.
