Fibre not installed

Hi,
I had an appointment for today for an engineer to come and install fibre. However no one showed up! I have received no email or phone call to inform me of a delay/cancellation.
Would someone be so kind as to let me know what's going on?

Hi Balderz,
Sorry to see that you're fibre was not installed on the Friday, we've now placed an order and this set to be installed on the 18th March 8am-1pm. Apologies for the initial hiccup.
I've updated your ticket too.
