Fibre installed today (Yay!) 0.7Mb down 17mb up :(

Hi
II had fibre installed today and was told that my speeds were 70 down 21 up.
I checked them on my lunch and they are at 0.7 down 17 up
What??? is there something wrong with my profile or something?

Hi reecicles,
Can you restart your router and test that again please?
I've just made some changes to your Speed Profile which should have sorted that for you now.

My line seems to have done this again. 0.8 down / 15mb up.
can you fix please?

That's been updated for you. Not sure why your speeds took a sudden drop.
