Fibre installed 12/09 - still stuck with my DSL speed - anything I can do?

Hello there,
I had fibre installed on Friday and the engineer told my wife that whilst we wouldn't get super fast speed right away, it would get better - as it is, it's still stuck at around 8mb/s which was about the speed of my DSL broadband on a good day.
I assume my connection is throttled by the legacy DSL profile, i've made an addition to the ticket I have open to get it reset , but no reply - is there anything I can do to get the profile reset ?

Probably need to wait until monday so one of the Plusnet guys will reset it, or you can always brave the phone support if you have a hour spare.

I've just updated your Speed Profile, can you please restart your Plusnet router for the changes to take effect.

Hello Chris, thanks so much for doing that - speedtest is showing 32mb/s now which is pretty much on my expected speed which is great.
