Fibre install problem

My FTTC connection was installed a couple of hours ago.  I opted to use my own router (DGND3700)  which is compatible but the setup wizard keeps throwing an incorrect ISP username and password error.  I have tried manually too but nothing seems to work.
Could it be that the service has just not been activated yet or am I missing something?  The username @plusdsl.net and password are correct.

You've not missed anything.
Our suppliers haven't confirmed to us that the installation has completed. I've activated your account now so you should be able to connect now?
Sometimes the order can take a short while to come through to show as 'Complete'.
